The Piazza at Bishop’s Landing is pleased to announce that beginning this March, Smiling Goat Organic Espresso bar will be pulling delicious espresso shots at 1475 Lower Water Street, adding to the Piazza’s collection of locally owned shops and remarkable restaurants.
“We couldn’t be more excited to open our second location at Bishop’s Landing,” said Geoffrey Creighton, owner of the Smiling Goat. “This stunning area is a perfect fit, and we are very excited to take our place amongst the other exceptional establishments.”
In addition to its original location at 1551 South Park Street, Smiling Goat is branching out in downtown Halifax, serving its premier coffee and espresso from Bishop’s Landing in the space formerly occupied by Caffé Ristretto.
“Smiling Goat is the second new and exciting business we’ve welcomed recently, with Piece of Cake Bakery having opened next door just a few months ago,” said Scott Layton, General Manager of the Piazza at Bishop’s Landing. “Vibrant businesses like these contribute to a waterfront shopping and dining experience unlike any other in Halifax.”
Nestled along the waterfront at the foot of Bishop Street, the Piazza at Bishop’s Landing is also home to a variety of popular local, independent shops and restaurants.
