Wines of South America Tasting at Bishop’s Cellar

The wines of South America offer fantastic value for their quality and even better, they are perfect for summer! The big Malbecs and Cabernets can stand up to everything on the grill from hamburgers to tenderloins and the crisp whites pair wonderfully with summer salads or as an aperitif on the deck. Light snacks will be served to complement the wines.
