Public art on the waterfront. Double Fountain is an projected exhibit based after a water clock design by the Arab engineer al-Jazari (1136-1206). Artists Julie Louise Bacon and James Geurts will showcase the exhibit on screen for people to experience. This is the first in a series of city wide projections hosted by Eyelevel Gallery and the Centre for Arts around HRM, entitled 3x3x3 — bringing together three curators, three artists and three public sites.
