Wood Turnings at One Stop Wood Shop

One Stop Wood Shop is thrilled to announce a new line of products from a great Nova Scotian Artist, Ben McLellan. Ben creates wonderful turned pieces from a variety of locally harvested wood. Each piece of wood used has been carefully selected for its timeless beauty and the resulting pieces are absolutely unique.

A Liquid Gold Tasting at Bishop’s Cellar

Liquid Gold, a local Halifax Company (based in the North End) will be featured in Bishop’s Cellar this Friday night.

“Bishop’s Cellar has teamed up with Liquid Gold to bring you a delicious tasting experience. Like grapes, every olive has a very distinct flavor and aroma. Join us for a night of wines and a sample of the olive oil that grows in similar areas to the vines. As always we’ll be serving some tempting eats and treats. Tickets are $20 at the door.
